A Christmas Inheritance

Feeling Pensive about Faith and Christmas.

A king that was born in poverty.
Gave up all that he could be.
Did not cling to the allure of money.
Had faith in what He knew others could be.
By a sacrifice, all could be free.
So his inheritance, they could receive.
If any would just simply believe.
The never-shaking promise held in a tender baby.
