  2. Don’t think about it. When I’m getting stressed, I just don’t think about it.
  3. Eat. Who doesn’t feel better after eating?
  4. Think about something else that’s stressful. It’s like anxiety hot potato. Soon, you forget what you’re even worried about, problem solved!
  5. Wherever you are, just stop, and shout as loud and as long as you can in one breathe.
